The design of the parts of the products Armi Sport and Kimar takes place using stations of three-dimensional CAD-CAM, which allows to verify the correct functioning through the virtual assembly of a model of the product, allowing the identifying of possible problems.
Finished the planning phase of every individual component it is possible to proceed to the productive phase. This can be done through the dispatch of the manufacturing program elaborated by the CAD-CAM stations to the CN machines in the workshop, or realizing models in epoxy resin of the parts and putting them together, give us the opportunity to verify the dimensional correctness and the tolerances, then can be realized the die for the manufacturing phases.
The parts for weapons of superior quality, like Sharps, Spencer or 1892 Lever Action, are directly obtained by solid steel and production only takes place following the test exceeded successfully of a prototype.
